Overview The Assistant Head People & Culture will report directly to the Head of People & Culture. As a member of the People & Culture department, you will provide a first class service to all family members, and work with the People & Culture team to carry out the daily activities which include talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & rewards, events, people relations, legal compliance, policy interpretation and administration. Main Duties & Responsibilities Provide support to the Head of People & Culture with implementing the policies & Procedures of Habitas AlUla. Provide first class people services to the P&C department and all Habitas AlUla family members. Support the Head of People & Culture on setting the short and long term plans of the department including but not limited to budgeting, succession planning, departmental training & development Support the Head of People & Culture with the people relations issues and protect it’s confidentiality including disciplinary and grievances Process and monitor the monthly payroll including the attendance sheet, requests and clocking system. Ensure that all HR documentation and employees’ files are up to date and in line with employment law of Saudi Arabia. Support the Head of People & Culture to meet the departmental financial targets. Prepare weekly and monthly reports based on the requirement of Habitas AlUla. Coordinate with the government relations section on a regular basis and adhere with the governmental law. Conduct departmental audits for all sections including Government Relations, Talent Acquisition and personnel. Coordinate People & Culture tasks such as surveys, meetings, team members committee Support the Head of People & Culture on the localization/Saudization action plan Guide the department and maintain a first class service during the absence of the Head of People & Culture المهارات Knowledge & Requirements Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the human resources field, luxury hospitality sector preferred. Diploma in HR or any other related discipline – hospitality schools are highly desirable. Fluency in English is required - other languages are highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Human Resource System.
