Experience & Qualification Required · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics · 3-7 years relevant experience developer with Oracle apps technical , PLSQL, procedure / functions. · Experience in atleast one of O2C, or Finance, or Service contract/Install Base area · Experience in leading and mentoring · Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expertise in any 2 modules of Oracle Apps . · Techno-Functional Exposure to any 3 modules of Oracle Apps. · Should hold technical expertise in atleast 4 & exposure to atleast 3 of below skills · PL/SQL · Shell Script · XML Publisher · Workflow · AOL, Forms, Forms Personalization & Reports · Interfaces & Conversions · Performance Tuning · Replication Methodology · Should have done at least two implementation/support/Upgrade/Rollout projects in R12 · Experience in 3 or more client projects · Definite plus on module experience in Install base and service contract management · Good in communication and out of box design thinking. · Hands on project development (in past 1 year) · Authoring creation of detailed design documents. · Knowledge of Change & Incident Management process · Facilitate the implementation of standard project frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
