Core Responsibilities · Study spare parts wholesale market in KSA and identify sales growth opportunities through well-defined action plans. · Enhance current dealer’s customer portfolio to include new markets and dealers. · Responsible for agreed revenue and profit assigned targets for multi parts dealers. · Responsible for the development of new strategies and implementation of existing strategies throughout wholesaler’s organization. · Built strong working relationships with parts dealers, which requires frequent monthly visits. · Prioritize and assign projects and tasks to cross functional team members, to support sales growth. · Provide regular market information and feedback to ATC AS management for assessment. · Candidate to have GCC market experience and be Arabic and English speaker. · Frequent business trips required throughout KSA region to visit wholesalers and create incremental business. Promote key products to achieve greater market share. المهارات Background & Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience, with exposure to a managerial role. GCC market experience is a must. Proven ability to work under pressure and to accomplish demanding targets. Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive. MS Office advanced skills.
