Should possess experience as an Project Manager - Operation & Maintenance of supervision projects and the responsibilities shall include but not limited to: Liaising meeting with the Owner and Contractor. Develops necessary policies, procedures for Operation & Maintenance for all disciplines, QA/QC Plan, HSE, finance & cost control, subcontracting, maintenance and logistics function to maintain efficient operational performance. Oversees day-to-day operation & maintenance processes. Coordinates with all discipline engineers. Conducts internal meeting with all discipline engineers for all project issues. Conducts periodical meeting with the Contractor. Oversees preventive maintenance plans of equipment and machinery and allocated budget for operations and maintenance ensuring adequacy and adherence. Coordinates with client, contractor and subcontractors for clear identification of scope of assigned work against potential variations. Develops and maintains operation maintenance plans to include all program requirements. المهارات Qualifications BSc degree in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering (min.) (From well-known International university -American or European University) Should possess PMP-PMI Professional certification. Saudi Engineering Council Member Experience in the supervision of Operation and Maintenance Projects. Familiar with O&M software application MAXIMO (preferable). Years of Experience 20 years after Graduation (minimum) 15 years in project management (minimum) Required Skills Experience in Supervision of Operation and Maintenance Projects. Experience is Project Management. Budgeting and Cost Control. Engineering and Technical. Speaking and writing in English language. Language Preferably English & Arabic (Speaking and writing in English language mandatory)
