Managing all manual tasks related to immigration for the company and its clients. Managing all manual tasks related to government relations for the company and its clients. Building knowledge base in relation to procedures, processes, regulations and provide consultation to internal departments on government processes. Monitoring and keeping aware of changes in Saudi Arabian regulation. Assigning and monitoring the fluid execution of operational tasks by the GRO team members. Supervising the timely preparation of all employee-related applications by GROs. Communicate with all employees and their management for all government requests. Providing reports to the Government Relations Manager (GRM). Supervising and leading of PROs team. المهارات Public Relation Officer Supervisor has the direct responsibility for the supervision of the PRO section including completing performance evaluations, rewarding, counselling, reprimanding staff members and all other supervisory tasks. Skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate tasks to meet multiple deadlines. Strong creative and problem-solving skills. Energetic and enthusiastic individual with strong team spirit. A quick learner, who finds opportunities to gain and share knowledge. Effective communication skills with all levels of management. Customer services oriented. Knowledge of Labor law, GOSI, and immigration. QUALIFICATIONS · Good communication skills / Strong interpersonal skills in Arabic and English (Written and Spoken). · 3-5 years of government relations experience. · Saudi Only. WORK SCHEDULE AND CONDITIONS · Normal work hours will be Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm. The majority of work hours will be spent in a professional office environment.
