We are looking for a detail-oriented Draftsman to be a part of our fast-growing team at Mad Arch. Responsibilities: Develop and prepare architectural designs and drawings from preliminary concepts, sketches, and specifications. Calculate weights, volumes, and stress factors and their implications for technical aspects of designs. Complete documentation packages and produce drawing sets based on the current project and team needs. Check and verify design drawings to conform to specifications and design data. Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain current knowledge of National and Provincial building codes. Specify dimensions, materials, and procedures for new products. المهارات Essential Qualities: Expert in the following software: Auto CAD - Revit - Civil 3D. The drafter must be able to turn plans and ideas into technical drawings of buildings, tools, and systems. Expert in the field of Landscape & Hardscape drawings. Reads and understands orthographic (2D) and isometric (3D) designs and supplier drawings. Ensures compliance with required design safety factors, tolerances, and specifications. Language: Arabic and English. Minimum years of experience: 5 years. Desirable Qualities: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines. Presentation Skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to work overtime, as needed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Determination to improve.
