Responsible for leading managing HR function at Office and Project Sites Conducts main role in labor management, payroll, benefit and labor contract. Maintains records of manpower list and profile of individual staff and worker Leads HR administration work such as labor contract, payroll and other related work. Coordination and policy compliance of domestic and international assignments Overall coordination of terminations and leaves of absences Provide advice, guidance & interpretation of HR policies, programs and procedures. المهارات 3+ years of experience in HR Bachelor’s degree in business or HR related major preferred HR experience gained at project site within the Oil and Gas industry or Petrochemical industry is preferred Hard working and collaborative attitude Positive, proactive, independent, transparent, process-oriented mind Provide the proper communication relates to employees’ remuneration ensuring the Company’s reward principle and philosophy Support Field Admin. Manager to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with the corporate reward philosophy Excellence in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Currently Samsung Engineering Office is located in Jubail. However, we are expected to relocate to Dammam/ Khobar in couple of months.
