Branches Idea company is a Saudi National company located in Riyadh, own the franchise for International Sports Companies. Branches Idea is looking to hire Procurement & Purchasing Officer who will be undertaking all purchasing orders and company supplies and all what is required from work as following up for contracts and suppliers. Job Description: Responsible forpurchasing orders according to requested PO’s, stated specifications and cleared timetable. Maintain a list of local and international suppliers and vendors. Undertake effective negotiation with suppliers for pricing, quality and delivery timetable. Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payments and documented. Responsibility of Company’s Contract with the services providers. Look for new suppliers, alternatives for currently used products if necessary. Manage any other required tasks that is related to the job description. Produce and maintain all reports. Manage Inventory and Supply Chain. Logistics and Custom Clearance. المهارات Skills: Work experience: More than two years Microsoft Office. Negotiation skill. Creating contracts. Effective communication skills
