الوصف الوظيفي Since 2014, Niagara College KSA (NC KSA) has operated technical and vocational training colleges throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in support of the Vision 2030 initiative and in partnership with the Colleges of Excellence (CoE). Headquartered in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, NC KSA provides community and customized training based on Niagara College Canada's expertise and international track records as one of Canada’s most innovative and enterprising applied learning post-secondary institutions. With a strong focus on developing ‘world-’ and ‘work-’ ready graduates. A strategic partnership between Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Labor and Social Development, TVTC & HRDF resulted in the establishment of the first academy for females in Al Khobar, Leading National Academy (LNA), which is not-for-profit legally independent entity aiming at leading diversification of employment opportunities and building the capabilities of the Saudi female workforce through economy driven, elite, and agile training; committed to the values of integrity, excellence, diversity, citizenship and safety responsibility. In partnership with NCKSA, LNA provides a specialized two-year diploma training program for entry-level jobs in new market opportunities. The first year, the Academic Program, solidifies English, IT, Math, and H&S skills as part of the performance-based curriculum. In the second year, the Job Skills Program provides the latest knowledge and skills training in different vocational trades and sectors (e.g. Supply Chain Management, Chemical Lab Technician, Business Administration, Electrical Technician, Quality Control Building Inspection, and Health & Safety and Environment). LNA prides itself on its integral reliance on smart learning solutions (e.g. iPads, Smartboards, blended learning) to efficiently equip carefully selected trainees (A2 minimum) through high-quality training. Applications are invited for the position of Coordinator, Quality at the Leading National Academy (LNA) powered by Niagara College KSA in Al Khobar. Reporting to the Campus Principal, the Coordinator, Quality is responsible for reviewing and establishing compliance and quality assurance procedures and leading the development, implementation, and review of the compliance and quality assurance systems for the college. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist the strategic goals of the Academy through sound planning and execution of all Programs. Provide leadership to the academic and vocational team in each department with the development of academic programs in accordance with the mission and goals of the Academy. Maintain high levels of academic integrity and quality assurance. Assist in the development and maintenance of curriculums to ensure that all levels of learning goals are met. Assist with training and ongoing professional development and with the development of training materials and manuals. Build a strong quality mindset for faculty which leads the team toward achieving the Academy’s academic goals and mission. Implement Teaching and Learning Policies as appropriate. Work closely with the Academic and support team to actively promote a culture of excellence in teaching and learning. Review and update standard operating procedures (SOP). Develop, implement, and review quality assurance systems, policies, procedures, and quality frameworks to ensure and exceed compliance. Work collaboratively with staff, the community, and employer engagement areas in the coordination of events that integrate and engage students with local communities. Assist with the development and management of classroom observations, faculty performance review process, and professional development offerings. Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and communicate Quality Standards. Lead all accreditation and endorsement processes required. Perform routine reviews and quality checks for all departments. Identify and resolve workflow issues. Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. Make recommendations to the management for improvement. المهارات Required skills and qualifications, at a minimum, include: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred) with a specialization or meaningful experience in curriculum development and/or education supervision is preferred. A minimum of 3 years’ experience at a faculty and administrative level in a post-secondary environment. Thorough understanding and demonstrated experience in assessing and developing integrated curriculum and program mapping. Experience in collaborating with an HR team to ensure that training initiatives are well integrated as per the Academy’s talent management strategy within academic areas. Previous work with Subject Matter Experts in the design and delivery of training across multiple disciplines. Thorough knowledge of teaching and learning strategies, including experience developing Blended Learning strategies, CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) activities, and the integration of language lab software to support face-to-face instruction. Thorough understanding of the educational and cultural needs of the student population in Saudi Arabia and motivational strategies. Experience delivering and organizing professional development sessions. Experience implementing and/or using Learning Management System (LMS). Excellent and effective communication skills with students and staff at all levels. Superior analytical, time management, prioritizing, collaboration, and building skills. Experience living/working within an international environment. Superior multi-tasking skills. Experience interpreting, presenting, and tracking KPIs. Experience with MS Suite. Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance. Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards. Excellent data collection and analysis skills. Strong attention to detail.
