Key Accountabilities: Manage all aspects of marketing and sales for all sectors of urban development. Designing and preparing marketing and sales plans for urban projects that suit customers' needs and in accordance with their requirements for the geographical area and the category of targeted customers, according to the nature of the project. Preparing, developing and managing annual marketing budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing the urban market and customer trends Participate in the implementation of market studies and research in cooperation with the Business Development Manager. Building a strategy for relationships with potential customers to expand sales opportunities for each product (project) . Constant access to the urban development market to know the latest techniques and methods of promotion and marketing Urban.
