الوصف الوظيفي Job Responsibilities ▪ Recognize that health and safety are the responsibility of every employee, to take reasonable care of self and others, and to comply with any EPG policy and specific procedures and rules. ▪ Create and manage a positive, caring, supportive, purposeful and stimulating environment which is conducive to children’s learning. ▪ Plan and prepare lessons in order to deliver the National Curriculum in England/MOE curriculum, ensuring breadth and balance in all subjects. ▪ Identify clear learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and high expectations. Create and deliver learning activities which ensure that pupils achieve identified learning outcomes. ▪ Ensures all aspects of pupils’ work are marked meticulously in accordance within EPG policy with appropriate feedback given timeously. ▪ Maintain good order and discipline among the children, safeguarding their health and safety. ▪ Organise and manage groups or individual children, ensuring differentiation of learning needs, reflecting all abilities. ▪ Plan opportunities to develop the social, emotional and cultural aspects of children’s learning. ▪ Maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of pupils’ progress. ▪ Provide written and oral feedback information to parents at key times throughout the year. ▪ Prepare appropriate records for the transfer of pupils. ▪ Ensure effective use of support staff within the classroom, including student assistants. ▪ Participate in staff meetings as required. Participate throughout the academic year (AY) in all calendar events and school activities. ▪ Adhere to and uphold all school policies and procedures. ▪ Be a part of a whole team, working collaboratively with line managers and peers. ▪ Participate in the ongoing process of self-evaluation of standards for BSO accreditation and any other school inspection or accreditation. ▪ Ensure that EPG policies are reflected in daily practice. ▪ Communicate and consult with parents over all aspects of their children’s education – academic, social and emotional. ▪ Continue professional development, maintaining a portfolio of training undertaken. ▪ Support academic management in promoting the ethos of the school. ▪ Promote the welfare of children and support the school in safeguarding children through relevant policies and procedures. ▪ Promote equality as an integral part of the role and treat everyone with fairness and dignity. المهارات Experience, qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in French Language . With British Curriculum experience. With passion in teaching, Creativity and enthusiasm. Fluency in English/French language. Computer skills in using Microsoft Office, and other programs that serve school purposes.
