الوصف الوظيفي PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the following: Calendar and Travel Management: Proactively manage and optimize the calendars and travel plans of the manager and team members; assist with the development/communication of meeting agendas and minutes, and travel-related expense reporting Information Management: Facilitate effective communication by acquiring and supplying information as needed; exercise discretion in the handling of sensitive or confidential information; as needed, prepare project reports, technical documents or emails on behalf of team members Laboratory and Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the office and lab areas; take stock of and order office and lab supplies; facilitate the resolution of urgent issues in a timely manner; successfully onboard new team members المهارات EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Administration or related degree Technical background or experience is beneficial SKILLS Proven work experience in an administrative assistant or similar role Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint Familiarity with electronic document management systems Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, professional, discreet, adaptable, and energized Eager to learn and continue to develop their capabilities Fluency in written and spoken English
