Develop plans to train and motivate the personnel working in the management and sales of the company and the site (the project). Maintain communication with customers to obtain customer feedback regarding product and service quality. Build and establish good business relationship with customers to facilitate revenue increase Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and increase returns. Communicate with heads of sales departments and others to discuss business plans needed to improve sales performance Direct and coordinate the team's sales process to ensure appropriate service in line with established customer service standards. Preparing databases of current, former and prospective customers and preparing plans to deal with them and periodically communicate with them in order to increase sales.
