Warranty Executive | Al Futtaim Automotive | Global Aftersales | AFM Overview of the role: Adjudicate warranty requests as well as warranty claims received from Toyota & Lexus branches across UAE effectively and in timely manner as per Toyota Motor Corporation warranty policies and procedures. Conduct warranty coaching tour as well as warranty related audit across Toyota & Lexus service centers to ensure compliance with established procedures. Evaluates areas of major incidences and applies control measures to minimize repairs and warranty costs. Instructs branches on warranty compliance processes and provide action plan on areas of non-conformity that do not comply with warranty policies and procedures. Ensure safety recall campaign information is received from TMC and distributed across AFM representatives. Actively monitor the performance and that the recall is performed on all vehicles as a matter of safety of our customers. What you will do: Ensure excellent quality of warranty processing to minimise rejection and outstanding amount and maximise repayment & recoveries from Principals. Establish correct problem and remedy codes (and their explanation) and operation number, record the same on claim. Ensure all parts and consumables are recorded in the warranty claim. Ensure no financial discrepancy between on-line system and actual claim being processed. Administer warranty policies and procedure to all Lexus and Toyota branches. Conduct warranty audit to ensure branch adherence to Lexus/Toyota warranty policy & procedures. Plan and oversee warranty auditing results. Draw up warranty audit action plans as to monitor branch implementation of the agreed action plan. Track parts availability, completion rates and communicate the reports Obtain parts from the branches to be returned to TMC and arrange for shipment. Maintain KPI Dashboard for warranty administrators and authorizations
