Assist Office Manager to prepare reports and directives. Manage the executive's phone calls. Prepare memos, letters, and draft files. Assist in planning appointments and board meetings. Conduct any research the executive needs. Monitor and provide office supplies. Assist in greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate place. Processing invoices and bills for DG Office.
